The system is powered by three Bitzer screw compressors, forming a robust and reliable backbone for high-performance freezing. It features electronic expansion valves for precise control, a Carel Boss central controller for intelligent system management, and a 4-inch stainless steel Schedule 40 suction line spanning 40 meters, future-proofed to eliminate corrosion-related replacements in the years ahead.
Working to strict timeframes, we tailored the installation to meet our customer’s production requirements with minimal disruption to supply. Once complete, the system was handed over to our commissioning engineers, who brought this powerhouse to life, running smoothly, efficiently, and ready to perform.
